ownership : I own 100% of my work. Unless we come to a agreement and i sell those right I will have to take action against unlicensed and unpermitted use of my art.
I may also go public with your unpermitted use in case you dont take it down.
Editing: if you buy the work (Ownership, copyright) you may request the drawing files and make edits like Adding or taking away.

AI: unless you buy the rights for it you are NOT allowed to train Ai on any of my work.
Showcase : unless you pay for a NDA, ANY AND ALL free work will be used as showcases.

Editing : you may not edit or trace my original image.
sale : you can sell the character, but if it was given to you (free). you have to buy out the right too. gift/trade allowed.
Showcase : unless you pay me not too, i will display it as my design
Vtubing : you may use it to stream with, you must credit me as the designer of the character
Changing Characteristics you may not change Sexuality, gender, pronounce, origin, etc. IF specified already, if none of the above exist you may add it. Clothes and Hair may change, horns for example can break, scars can be added.
Edits to design if, character design wish to be edited, outside of whats allowed, i must be contacted for first rights to edit the adopt.
Adult you may use the characters for NSFW stuff

| Art Credits |

| if you do not credit/remove credit i will give a warning and then remove your rights to the art, where you may be open to legal actions |
| Design Credits, as the designer i have to be credited as the maker of the design where im easily accessible to get more work. i must be credited on small places such as about mes on twitch even for outfit designs. this must not be in every post/usage of the work/design. |
| Response times |

| If i dont receive a respons within 3 days while i see you being active on Discord/other plat forms i will give a warning and at 4 days i will end the commission and give back a refund depending if work has been done. if the final Colouring, line art or render has been made or more then 6 hours have been put in no refund will be issued. |
| Free art/gifts |

| At any point i can retract your right to use my art if it was for free. UNLESS it was explicitly stated to belong to you. |
| I am Legally allowed to retake possession of my works at any moment where you decide to block me or in any way disrespect me and my work. |
| Blocking/cutting communication |
